These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of verraluxehome.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Verra Luxe Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Verra Luxe Home sells home decor, furniture and digital styling guides. You can reach us at contact@verraluxehome.com or through our Contact page.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and dimensions are approximate. If a product is described incorrectly, we may correct the listing or cancel and refund the order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, and we do not store your payment details. We may correct pricing errors and will tell you before shipping if an order is affected.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email or ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and delivery

Physical products ship through our fulfillment partners. Processing times, delivery estimates and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Digital products

Digital products, such as ebooks and PDF guides, are delivered electronically after payment. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share or distribute them. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are handled as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate contact and shipping information.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or copying content for commercial use without our permission.

10. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, images, logos and digital products belong to Verra Luxe Home or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of products you have purchased.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Site and our design guides are provided for general information. Results vary and we do not guarantee a particular outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and products are provided “as is,” and Verra Luxe Home is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
