Verra Luxe Home ships to customers worldwide. Orders are delivered to most countries, with a few exceptions where carriers cannot operate due to local restrictions or service limitations. If your location is not eligible for delivery, our team will notify you immediately after checkout.

All orders are processed within 1β3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
If an item requires additional processing time, this will be noted on the product page.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier availability.
United States
- Estimated delivery: 7β15 business days
International
- Estimated delivery: 10β21 business days
These timeframes include transit only and do not include processing time. Delivery may be extended during peak seasons, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
π° Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. If free shipping promotions are active, they will be clearly displayed on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
π Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customerβs responsibility and vary by region. Verra Luxe Home cannot predict or control these fees.
π Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24β48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
If tracking shows no movement after several days, contact us at support@verraluxehome.com and we will assist.
π¦ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or solution based on the issue.
If a package is marked βdeliveredβ but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address
- Contact the carrier directly
If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will help file a claim.
π Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
