Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In original packaging
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (downloadable décor guides and e‑books)
- Gift cards
- Perishable items
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@verraluxehome.com with your order number.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization.
- Ship your item to the address provided below.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please:

- Contact your credit card provider

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@verraluxehome.com.
